Michael Phelps on Saturday Night Live
Phelps, who won eight gold medals at the Beijing Games, will present the first episode of a new series of the long-running show on Sept 13.
The 23-year-old will be joined by rapper Lil Wayne as co-host, after Phelps revealed that he listens to New Oreans hip hop star on his iPod before races.
Phelps has been besieged with showbusiness and commercial offers since he became the most decorated Olympian in history earlier this month. Read more
