Good news, Paypal launched a new site (www.paypal.com.sg) for Singapore users. The site has a new “Top Up” feature, giving users a new way to pay for items using their bank account.

I received an email from the global leader in online payments, PayPal, this morning. It’s about withdrawing fundsÂ thru my Philippine bank account.
