World renowned dancing inmates of Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center (CPDRC) finally had their own version of Gangnam Style by Korean singer Psy.
CPDRC inmates known worldwide for its viral version of Michael Jackson’s Thriller uploaded last 2007 and being the Most Popular Viral Videos by Time magazine.
