World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk def. JBL
After constantly being called an undeserving World Heavyweight Champion by John “Bradshaw” Layfield, CM Punk endured yet another challenging opponent when he pinned the self-proclaimed “wrestling god” at SummerSlam.[Read more]

Matt Hardy def. ECW Champion Mark Henry (Disqualification)
Forty percent of the WWE Universe predicted Mark Henry would remain ECW Champion after SummerSlam, but nobody could have guessed how the events of the night would unfold. After challenger Matt Hardy fell victim to an attack by WWE Hall of Famer Tony Atlas, and Henry retained the gold via disqualification, Jeff Hardy rushed to his brother’s side and leveled Atlas before the siblings teamed up on Henry for a double-suplex.[Read more]
